The meaning of the ten Stars

Kansaku protects the personal axis, Sekimon moves through connections, Houkaku communicates naturally, Choushuu refines sensitivity, Rokuzon attracts people and creates circulation, Shiroku builds stability and trust, Shaki acts quickly, Kengyuu fulfills responsibility, Ryuukou learns through new experiences, and Gyokudou absorbs and develops knowledge. Every Star has both strengths and overload points.

Human Chart position matters

The five positions are Center, East, West, North, and South. Center is your everyday inner axis, East is the outside world and work, West is close relationships, North is inherited values, and South is expression developing toward the future. A Star changes meaning depending on where it appears.

Do not define yourself from the Center Star alone

Center, East, and West are often different. A Shiroku Center with a Shaki East can be steady inside but fast-moving at work. A Houkaku East with a Kengyuu West can look relaxed socially while placing strong importance on promises in close relationships.

How to use the Stars for work and relationships

For work, combine the East Star with the Middle-Life Subordinate Star and current Daiun rather than choosing an occupation from Center alone. For relationships, West is especially useful for understanding preferred distance and what creates reassurance.

Do not think in terms of ‘having’ or ‘not having’ all ten

Only five positions appear in the Human Chart, but the Stars are not a checklist of abilities. A Star not shown in your five positions does not mean you lack that ability.

The most useful question is not which one Star you are, but which Stars appear at Center, East, West, North, and South, where the same Star repeats, and where your behavior switches.
