This Privacy Policy explains the handling of reading inputs, inquiry information, and external services.

1. Basic policy

合同会社Atbase (“Company”) handles user information only as necessary to provide the Service and manages personal information in accordance with applicable Japanese law.

2. Information entered for a reading

The Service allows the following information to be entered:

• Date of birth
• Birth time (optional)
• Traditional sex category used for Daiun calculation

3. Processing and storage of reading inputs

The main calculations are performed in the user’s browser. The Service does not send or store birth date, birth time, or the selected category on the Company server as reading history.

The Service does not continuously store reading inputs in localStorage or similar browser storage.

4. Information obtained through inquiries

When you contact us, we may obtain your email address, inquiry content, and other information needed to reply. This is used for responses, verification where necessary, troubleshooting, and related handling.

5. External services

The Service uses Google Fonts. Loading fonts may cause the user’s browser to communicate with Google servers and transmit IP address and browser/device information.

The current Service does not implement Google Analytics or similar analytics. This Policy will be updated if analytics, advertising, or other external services are added.

6. Purposes of use

Personal information is used to provide and operate the Service, respond to inquiries, address bugs, outages and security issues, improve service quality, and comply with law.

7. Provision to third parties

The Company does not provide personal data to third parties without consent except where required or permitted by law.

8. Outsourcing

Information handling may be outsourced for service operation, server management, or inquiry response. Appropriate contractors will be selected and supervised.

The Company takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage.
