These Terms set out the conditions for using Modern Style | Shukumei, provided by 合同会社Atbase.
Article 1 — Application
These Terms apply to the web service provided by 合同会社Atbase. By using the Service, users are deemed to have reviewed these Terms.
Article 2 — Service
The Service displays reference information about core tendencies, work and activity, relationships, money, life-stage flow, Daiun, Tenchusatsu, and related themes based on traditional destiny-analysis concepts. Different schools and methods exist, so results may differ from other sources.
Article 3 — Fees and registration
The Service is currently free and requires no registration. If paid functions are added, fees, payment conditions, and required details will be disclosed before application.
Article 4 — Nature of readings
Results are reference information and entertainment based on divination concepts and do not guarantee future events, profits, success, romantic outcomes, health, or any other result.
For medical, legal, tax, investment, contractual, employment, safety, or other high-stakes matters, do not rely solely on the Service. Check real conditions and consult appropriate professionals.
Article 5 — Input information
Users are responsible for entering birth date, birth time, category, and other requested information. Results may change if inputs are inaccurate, birth time is unknown, or the birth is near a seasonal boundary.
Article 6 — Prohibited conduct
- Conduct that violates law or public order
- Conduct that infringes the rights or interests of the Service or third parties
- Unauthorized access, excessive load, or other interference with operation
- Unauthorized copying, sale, or redistribution of programs, text, or design beyond what is permitted by law
- Impersonation or other conduct the Company deems inappropriate
Article 7 — Intellectual property
Rights in the programs, text, interface design, original explanations, and other content belong to the Company or lawful rights holders.
Article 8 — Changes, suspension, and termination
The Company may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service for maintenance, failures, security response, legal compliance, or other reasonable reasons.
Article 9 — Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, and availability, but does not guarantee them.
